About the Greek Goddess Costume

Hera is one of the basic antagonists in both Xena: Warrior Princess and Hercules: The Legendary Journeys. Meg Foster played the role of Hera in both movies. The Greed Goddess, unfortunately, married the chronically unfaithful Zeus, even though she was the goddess of marriage. Because she was angry with him, she attacked his children with other women while exercising her influence over other areas of mortal life.

There are many Greek goddesses according to mythology. Nevertheless, this article will be focusing on the goddess of marriage – Hera. Hera has a very unique way of dressing, and many are interested in her looks. If you are interested in her looks, please check out the following items to see what you need to look like this goddess.

Dressing like the Greek Goddess is pretty straightforward. Her costume consists mainly of black. She also adopts iridescent tones in greens and blues because peacocks are sacred to her in both the original Greek myths and the shows. She wears black heels, a full and shimmering black skirt, black corset makeup, and a black cloak.

To complete her look, you will need to wear the iridescent crystals by hand, since she wears them in such a unique pattern. You will also need a shrug and feathered collar in either peacock or black colors. A top that looks like the crowns she puts on as the Queen of Olympus is also needed to complete her costume.
